We understand the deadlines our customers are facing and we want to provide the quickest industry turnaround. Please read the items below to better understand how we handle Turnaround Times.

1) The Estimated Turnaround time will always be displayed on the Summary page before placing your order.

2) We cannot guarantee an 8-hour turnaround time for projects containing reference images of specific furniture pieces.

3) If Turnaround Time displayed is 8 to 24 hours, we'll provide an exact turnaround time once we review your project and determine its complexity.

4) The Turnaround Time countdown starts as soon as you submit your project, no matter how long we take to approve it.

5All projects will go through a manual review process before the Guaranteed Turnaround Time is provided. What you see on the Summary page while placing your order is the Estimated Turnaround time based on the services you've selected.

6) If we have provided a Guaranteed Turnaround time and fail to deliver your project within that timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund. A refund must be requested within 7 days after the project has been first delivered.

7) Our Turnaround Time might change on holidays as well as on some weekends.

8) We might sometimes be experiencing an abnormal amount of orders in which cases we'll provide a longer Turnaround Time.

9) The table above shows our Turnaround Times on days with regular work volume. We sometimes experience abnormal work volume or circumstances beyond our control such as tech difficulties. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a Turnaround Time different from the one listed in the table above.
