What is the price?
Our price is simple. Virtual Staging is $24 per photo. If there are multiple rooms visible in the photo — no problem, we’ll stage all of them for just $24. You can check out our pricing page to learn more about the other services we offer and their pricing.
What if I don't like the final images?
Once we deliver the project, you can ask for unlimited revisions. As long as you don’t request a different room type to be staged, or for the furniture style to be changed — we’re happy to work with you for as long as it takes to try and get the results that you’re looking for. Free of any additional charges.

If you’re still not satisfied, you can request a full refund. Absolutely no questions asked.
How soon will I get my images back?
We understand you have deadlines and only have a short time frame before you need to hit launch on your listings.

Because of that, we thought waiting for your photos for anything more than 24 hours just doesn’t make sense. So we’re committed to delivering your photos in 24 hours or less. It doesn’t matter if your project has two images or 52.

If you have a custom or very challenging request, we might check in with you to see if we can have more time, but 99% of projects are delivered in 24 hours or less.
Can you choose the best photos for me?
Sure thing! Send us the photos at hello@vs24.com, and we’ll let you know which ones to upload for staging. Keep in mind, we do not take orders via email. In order to keep our prices so low and guarantee a 24-hour delivery timeframe, all orders must be place through our website.
What if my property isn't vacant and I have visible furniture in the photos?
That’s not a problem at all. We can remove any existing furniture you have and stage it with new furniture. Just make sure to select our Item Removal service as well
Do I need professional photos?
Not really. You can’t go wrong with professional photos, but if you don’t have them, it’s not an issue. We can work with photos taken with a smartphone.

Our Image Enhancement service costs only $1.20 per photo, and we recommend you get it if you don’t have professional photos so we can enhance it before staging it.
Is there a minimum number of images I need to submit?
Nope. You can submit 1 or 100. No minimum, no maximum
Can you stage Matterport images?
Yes and no… While we cannot directly stage your Matterport images, you can take 360 screenshots from your Matterport tour and then send the images to stage them.
